The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a fridge/freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. It also provides all necessary cooking utensils, dinnerware (delph), and crockery, aiming to provide a "home away from home" experience.

Multi-Use Living Room: The living room serves various purposes. There's a cozy reading/writing corner for relaxation, a dedicated work station/desk for attending to business matters, and a 55” Satellite T.V for entertainment.

Bedrooms: The property offers four bright and spacious bedrooms:

• 1 large ensuite bedroom with a king-size bed, featuring slide-robes with a full-length mirror and an additional vanity unit.
• 2 bedrooms with king-size beds, each equipped with a large wardrobe with a full-length mirror and an additional vanity unit.
• 1 twin bedroom with two comfortable single beds, which can be linked to create a spacious super king-size bed.

Amenities Provided: The house comes with amenities such as an iron, ironing board, towels, bed linen, and a hairdryer. Room darkening shades are present in all bedroom windows to ensure a peaceful sleep.

Disability Friendly Bathroom: The modern bathroom is designed to be disability friendly and is a wet-room style with a thermostatically controlled dual-head power shower. A continuous supply of hot water throughout the house enhances comfort and convenience.

Security and Outdoor Space: The private rural site is equipped with electric gates and CCTV for security. Ample parking space is available, and the property boasts an enclosed garden both at the front and rear. There's also a patio area overlooking the picturesque Monaghan countryside, complete with patio furniture and a barbecue for outdoor dining during the summer months.

Electric Vehicle Charger: For guests with electric vehicles, the property features an Electric Vehicle charger, allowing convenient charging onsite overnight. This eliminates concerns about "range anxiety" and ensures your vehicle is ready for your adventures around Monaghan and the surrounding Northern Ireland counties.

Private Games/Fitness Suite: Guests have free access to a private Games/Fitness suite within the property with Full-size Ping Pong table, treadmill and spinner bike. This feature encourages a comprehensive wellness break during your stay.
